Fiona Robertson Alpaugh
Fiona began Highland dancing at the age of 7 with Jean Forbes in Dallas, Texas. She competed throughout the Southwest Region from 1979 to 1990.
Fiona began teaching Highland dance and founded the Dallas Highland Dancers in 1992. For her "day job," Fiona works in Customer Service at IIB, a hands-on broker-partner working directly with clients to develop long-term employee benefit solutions.
Fiona has a BATD Member Certification (British Association of Teachers of Dancing) and is an active member of the Daughters of Caledonia. She has also served as Secretary for the Scottish Society of Dallas for many years.
Fiona lives in Dallas with her husband, Sean, and their daughter, Grace.
